The deceased patient's family and loved ones are supported by specially trained family support/social work personnel who:

• Counsel the family and loved ones through the entire donation process, including arranging for visitation with their deceased loved one
  
  
• Ensure that the family and loved ones' questions are addressed
  
  
• Provide the family and loved ones with access to information related to organ donation, including the Condition T website education.
